Our Tarps (Moon Tarp, Lightest Tarp & Full Moon Tarp) steps in to provide an extra layer of protection when your hammock doesn't cut it. Wind, rain, and intense sunlight are common barriers to comfort while out on the trail. Even if your campsite isn't in the friendliest environment, your tarp will help extend your trip. Made from a ripstop, lightweight, and waterproof nylon tarpaulin, the Moon Tarp, Lightest Tarp & Full Moon Tarp drapes completely over your hammock to provide shelter. It also works independently as a capable cover.

High quality of reliable protection from rain, sun, and wind. With 3 different models, that accommodate & complete your outdoor hammocking needs. Designed with usability in mind, you can store its quick release tension buckles in corner pockets. Four rei forced and sealed tie-out eyelets provide added adjustability. Compatibility with various poles and cords let you choose your perfect setup.

Easy to use.

As always, Moon Tarp installation is simple:

Release opposite buckles and lark's head, using cords with the same trees as your hammock, places below the hammock suspension
Re-attach buckles and adjust tension to straighten the tarp
Use the Y-pegs to secure the remaining corners. Optionally, use rope to tie the four eyelets down, minimizing tarp movement
Ensure all ropes and cords hang downward to divert water away from your hammock

Note:

Using poles or sticks with the eyelets lets you easily set up in porch mode. The Moon Bag is the perfect storage accessory for the Moon Tarp

Hammock Tarp: MOON TARP

Moon Tarp, with diamond-shaped tarp, can be used with standard hammocks, or on its own as an instant as an instant protecrtion from the elements. The reinforced seam-sealed corners and tie-out points make it very durable and adaptable. The blue colored ridgeline tie-outs come with carabiners for easy orientation and fast installation. Four additional eyelets allow for different set-up modes using additional cordage or poles. The adjustable guy lines are kept in convenient breathable corner pockets for safekeeping.
